The microfiber cleaning industry has received much interest over the last few years as many markets have been
evaluating their floor maintenance techniques. In response to demands by cleaning professionals, Jones Companies,
a leading mop yarn manuafacturer, developed speeds. This patent pending cleaning pad specifically designed for the
cleaning market, combines the cleaning efficiency of microfiber and the absorbency of a multifiber blend.
Speeds is a unique microbiber cleaning system unlike traditional flat mops on the market. Jones utilizes new 4 microns.
Its size allows it to collect many types of substances such as dirt that accumulates in use or moisture that is intenionally
placed there for release while being used. The use of 4DG enables speeds to transport cleaning solution, absorb over 5
times its weight, store and trap dust and dirt particles, remove scuff marks and endure bleach safe laundering. The combined
multi-fiber blend provides additional absorption and is protected with Triclosan antibacterial fiber to inhibit the growth of destructive
bacteria on the pad. The blend is resistant against Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumonaie.
The thin, oversized construction of speeds is significantly lighter and less bulky than a conventional string mop and 50% larger

The pad therefore provides for excellent ergonomic benefits, fits neatly into the smallest storage closets, and provides more coverage
on the surface to be cleaned. Speeds reduces the potential for injury by eliminating rinsing and wringing, reducing the need for
large buckets and heavy lifting, and allowing for light and easily maneuvererable handling accross the floor surface. The oversized
pad cleans areas that traditional flat mops can't penetrate such as in comers and on baseboards.

In addition, the inherent qualities of speeds proprietary fiber backing allows speeds to attach to most flat mop frames that contain
Velcro strips or spikes. And its unique fiber blend does not require special laundering. In fact, testing has shown that it can be
laundered in the same manner and with the same chemicals as conventional string mops.
